Refund & Guarantee Policy

The guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of purchase at https://refund.hotmart.com or by emailing [email protected], and you get a full refund. No questions.

That is the only condition: ask within 30 days. You don't have to finish the modules, do the exercises, give a reason or send anything back.

Withdraw from your purchase / request a refund

Use this to cancel your purchase and get your money back. Withdrawing and asking for a refund are the same thing here, and the same 30-day guarantee and legal rights apply.

Opens Hotmart's refund page, which processes refunds for our orders.

  1. Enter the email address you used at checkout and your transaction number. It starts with "HP" and is in your Hotmart access email.
  2. Hotmart sends a verification code to that email address. Enter it to confirm your request.
  3. Submit the request.

  1. Check the details. Write from the email address you used at checkout, if you can. Include your name and, if you have it, your transaction number (it starts with "HP").
  2. Confirm. The button below opens a pre-filled email to [email protected]. Read it, add your details, and press send. Sending it is your confirmation.

Confirm withdrawal by email

No email app on this device? Write to [email protected] from any email account with "Refund request" in the subject line. It counts the same.

Either way, you get an emailed acknowledgment of your request, with the date we received it. A person then handles it within 2 business days.

What you get back

The full amount you paid for that order, including any tax charged at checkout.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the refund at its own rate, so the amount in your currency may differ slightly from what you were charged. Exchange rates and foreign transaction fees are set by your bank, not by us or Hotmart. If you paid with a method that can't be refunded automatically, such as boleto, Hotmart may ask you for bank details to send the money.

Add-ons

Each add-on you bought, such as The Noir Swipe File or The Objection Breaker, is a separate transaction with its own transaction number, and the same guarantee applies to it. To refund more than one, request each one on Hotmart's refund page, or email us once and we will file them all.

The window

You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date on your receipt. If your request reaches us on the last day, wherever you are, it counts. We won't argue over time zones.

What happens next

  1. You get an emailed acknowledgment of your request.
  2. We approve guarantee refunds within 2 business days. We don't ask why and we don't try to talk you out of it.
  3. Hotmart returns the money to your original payment method. Hotmart says this can take up to 7 days after approval.
  4. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it, sometimes until your next statement.
  5. Your license to the Product ends when the refund is issued. Please delete your copies. We won't ask you to prove it.

If anything takes longer than this, write to us and we will follow it up with Hotmart.

Before you dispute a charge

Please ask for a refund before you open a dispute (a "chargeback") with your bank. Here is why:

  • A refund through the guarantee is faster, usually days instead of weeks.
  • A dispute goes through your bank and Hotmart, and it takes longer for everyone.
  • Disputes cost sellers fees and can put our payment account at risk, even when the buyer is right.

Once a dispute is open, the dispute process decides the outcome, and we can't issue a separate refund for the same charge. This is a request, not a condition. You keep every right your bank and card network give you.

Don't recognize a charge? Your statement shows a Hotmart descriptor, such as "HTM*" or "HOTMART" followed by a short name. Email us and we will tell you what it was for.

Problems with the files

If your access email doesn't arrive, or a file won't open or is damaged, that is a delivery problem, not a refund. Email us and we will fix it. This doesn't use up your guarantee. If we can't fix it, we will refund you through Hotmart, or directly if Hotmart's window has closed.

Repeat purchases

If someone buys and refunds again and again, we may decline their future orders. This never affects a refund on an order we have already accepted.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the law. It doesn't reduce them.

  • Brazil: under Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), you can withdraw from an online purchase within 7 days and get a full refund.
  • EU, EEA and UK: consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right can end once delivery starts, but only if you agreed to that in advance and acknowledged it. Our guarantee lasts 30 days with no conditions, so during that time you get your money back whether or not the legal right still applies. You can withdraw with the withdrawal function above.
  • Everywhere else: any refund or withdrawal right your local consumer law gives you still applies.
