What The Noir Method is
The Noir Method of Persuasion is education in persuasion and copywriting, sold as 7 PDF modules. It teaches you to read an ad, page or email closely, decide what to change, and test the change. It is not a business opportunity, an income program or a done-for-you service.
No promise of income or results
We don't promise that you will earn any money, win clients, raise your conversion rate or sell more of anything. We don't publish income figures or buyer results, and we have no data on what a typical buyer achieves.
What happens when you use the Method depends on things we don't control: your product, your market, your offer, your prices, your traffic and budget, your skill, the time you put in, the platforms you use, and timing. You may see little or no financial result from it.
Studies, cases and examples
Each insight in the Method carries a tag that says what it rests on: SCIENCE-BACKED, PRO RULE, REAL CASE or FRAMEWORK. A tag describes the source of an idea as we judged it when we wrote the Method. It is not a promise that the idea will work for you, and new research can change it.
Studies, case studies, split tests and examples come from published sources. Where we cite a figure, it describes what happened to someone else, in their market, at their time. It is not a forecast of your results. The X-Ray annotations on our pages and in the Method name the techniques a piece uses. They don't measure how much those techniques add.
Not professional advice
Nothing in the Product, on this site or in our emails is legal, financial, tax, investment or business advice. Advertising and consumer protection rules differ by country and by platform. You are responsible for the claims you make in your own copy. When in doubt, ask a qualified professional.
AI tools
The Method suggests ways to use AI tools in your own work. AI output can be wrong, generic or misleading. Check everything before you publish it.
We use what we teach
Our own pages, emails and ads use the persuasion techniques the Method teaches, and we say so. Where you see an X-Ray on our site, it shows which techniques that page uses.
Sources & trademarks
The Noir Method is independent commentary and education. It distills ideas from 77 published books and does not reproduce them. The books are the source material and are not included in your purchase. Where we quote, we keep it short and credit the source. Titles and author names are used only to identify the source material, and people credited with an idea are named for attribution only.
The Copy Noir is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any author, estate or publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners. We recommend reading the originals.
